Both! We are easy to find on the outskirts of York, Leeds and Harrogate with ample parking if you wish to collect your items, alternatively we can deliver at a time to suit you.

Normal office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Appointments and collections are to be arrange in advance as the warehouse if often unmanned in busy periods. 

 

 

 

How Much Is Delivery?
 

Delivery cost is a single charge, and quoted individually for each job. There is a minimum order value of £150 to qualify for a delivery, our delivery costs are calculated on the distance from warehouse. We can arrange for you to collect from our warehouse if you'd prefer.

 

How Long Is The Hire For?
 

Our standard hire terms are for 48 hrs.

A longer period can easily be arranged for an extra hire fee.

 

 

Do I Need To Wash The Items Before Returning?
 

You can pre-wash your items before they are returned or a 30% of hire fee is charged for un-washed items.

How Do I Pay For My Hire Items?
 

We will invoice you prior to your hire to process your payment by bacs or we can offer a payment in person on collection/delivery of your hired items.

Full Terms and Conditions

 

Our standard hire terms are for 48hrs, a longer period can easily be arranged for an extra hire fee.

Breakages or Losses will be charged at full replacement cost.

Items will be delivered to the ground floor and stacked ready for the event. Items come delivered n cages and on wheels so delivery is to hardstanding areas only. On collection everything must be stacked ready to be loaded by a member of our team into cages and returned. 

Payment is due in full on receipt of the hired goods.

The client is responsible for the equipment and liability from its use during the hire period. No responsibility is accepted for injury or damage caused by use of the equipment.

A refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking to cover damage or loss.

All containers/carrying boxes must be returned with hired goods.  A charge may be made for non return.

No VAT is payable.

Tablecloths returned in an exceptionally dirty condition may be subject to an additional charge.

Goods returned late may be subject to a charge of 50% of the daily rate.
